Accessibility Statement

Accessibility refers to the ability for everyone, regardless of physical or mental disabilities, to access, use, and benefit from everything within their environment. It represents how available a product, device, service, or space is to as many people as possible.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) was enacted in 2005 by the Ontario legislature to allow the government to create and enforce specific accessibility standards. These standards, called regulations, lay out the details for meeting the AODA’s goal: to make Ontario fully accessible and inclusive by 2025.

Our Commitment

Elite Bindery and Mail Solutions Ltd. is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive environment for all our clients, visitors, and employees. We are committed to adhering to the standards set forth by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and ensuring all of our spaces offer equal opportunities for engagement.

We believe that fostering an environment that honors the dignity, worth, and independence of all individuals creates a truly accessible, inclusive, and welcoming space. To support this, we provide training for all staff and volunteers who engage with clients and community members to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of those with disabilities and offer responsive, respectful service.
